In response to this demand, we are pleased to extend our specialised services, facilitating third party pre-settlement inspections on behalf of the purchaser, selling agent or financier unable or unwilling to travel and inspect themselves.

This unique offering will include a report containing photographs of the entire property, provide a detailed list of inclusions and finishes along with commentary identifying minor defects from a purchaser’s perspective. We will also provide the option to video call during the inspection should the purchaser wish to view certain aspects of the property.
